most bands that try to emulate the classic cimex formula have a tendency to fail miserably simply because they fail to either appreciate or understand what made cimex the best back then, which was, in my eyes, the sheer intensity and sense of purpose with what they were doing, they played like they had no choice, and that is what dis dis go exactly right on this masterpiece of a scandi d-beat record, by no small feat of Larsen's drumming, because the intro to Power Corrupts is the kind of stuff that will land you a formal meeting with the judges of the ICC in Den Haag.
