Home Affairs Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi believes a U.S non-governmental organisation is trying to use the legal system to undermine and ambush South Africa’s sovereignty. This is in connection with a ruling by the High Court in Pretoria that ordered government to grant asylum to 22 Afghan nationals.
