Has our morals and sense of loyalty gotten so bad that we care about nothing anymore? Nobody works for free and to expect it free is nonsense. Realtors know this all to well. We consistently have people want to see homes with no intent to work with us, yet we still leave family and take time and money to do it. Sellers may say, well we can list it high if it doesnt sell we will just stay. That implies they want us to list, market the home and take the heat from them when it doesnt sell for too high of a price only to have the listing canceled and the agent is left with nothing. Before you say, agents arent worth it. I sell my homes on my own or ill just have an attorney do my paperwork for a fraction. We dont care, do it. Just don’t take advantage of people (Realtors being People).
