A key reason the pandemic continues more than a year later is because of poor health literacy and widespread misinformation in society, which informs personal choices (e.g. not wearing masks, not getting vaccinated, etc) that have public health ramifications. In this panel, leaders of companies that are focused upon improving health literacy of students, employees, and the general public discuss way to reach these audiences and mitigate the next pandemic, be it infectious or chronic in nature.
