We are back on track! Woodforde's hombrew kit beer is very similar to the commercial version though maybe a little maltier. Next time I may brew to the full 23litre instead of the 20 litres they recommend. This would give a lower ABV, less maltiness and a lighter mouth feel more in keeping with the commercial Nelson's Bitter.
