At the age of 50, it's no longer about one-upping your competition. It's about the joy of riding. Testing your own boundaries and not landing in a wheelchair. I skated for nearly 30 years, beginning around 1984 (age of 10). Life happened. The quest for success happened. Kids and a family happened. Two years after a full hip replacement, I never thought I would skate or surf again. Here I am, back on it and loving every minute of it. 🤙🏼
