Connect deeply with the sacred wisdom of your womb space—a place of power, creation, and feminine energy. Whether or not you have a physical womb, this space holds the essence of your divine feminine. You are invited to rest here, in a state of compassion, softness, and deep nurturance.
We hold emotional tensions and histories within (womb) tissues and cells, and within this sacral region of the physical body.
Connecting to my womb and cycle is of tremendous help in my own healing journey. And this is a beautiful practice to do during your moon or menstrual cycle. But honestly, we can all benefit from at least three Nidra's a week to help calm down the nervous system and deepen our connection with our wombs.
