Throughout the course of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) 2023 conference in San Diego, the band "Song Division" took to the center stage for each of the keynote speakers (Adam Grant, Priya Parker, and Leslie Odom Jr.). In an effort of co-creation with the audience, they accepted song lyrics over the course of three days for song lyrics that accompanied the conference's theme of "Creating a World that Works Better." Audience members could submit lyrics through the conference's app. This is a clip of the final version of the song on the last day of the conference.
