Introduction to a one Minute reflection for our lives today based in the Word of God, to help us grow in living the invitation of the Lord that “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbour as yourself.” Lk 10:27.
I sought the Lord,
and he answered me, and delivered me
from all my fears.
Psalm 34:4
O Father God,
your perfect love extinguishes all fears.
I surrender all my past
to your mercy,
I rest my future
in you providential love.
Grant me,
In this moment
your Spirit of wisdom
that I may joyfully walk
in communion with you this day.
Amen.
