Garlic chopped - 1tbsp
Onion chopped - ¾ cup
Ginger chopped - 1tbsp
Green chillies chopped - 1no
Potato (peeled & diced) - 2cups
Turmeric - ¾ tsp
Chilli powder - 1½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1½ tbsp
Tomato chopped - 1cup
Salt - to taste
Kasoori methi - 2tsp
Spinach (keep whole) - 3 bunches
