I’ve been using WebinarJam for over a year and it’s transformed my business! Here’s why: Webinars are a great way to connect with people and can be an effective way to sell to others.

For example, you could hold webinars for a few weeks in a row, package them together, and then sell them.
This isn’t an approach I’ve done personally, but I’ve already held around 12 webinars this quarter.
The shortest one was around 1hr and 15mins while the longest one was around 2hrs and 30mins.
For these Webinars, I used the software WebinarJam, and in this video, I’m going to go through how I configure it.
I personally use the software for the following reasons
The software can automate the emails that are sent out to readers
It adds a chat box to the videos interface
It’s easy to repeat the webinars configuration so that you can “copy and paste” it for the next session that you deliver.
They offer six people streaming
They can integrate with Facebook Live
It comes with a FREE training course to get you up to speed with the software
It has a simple and clean interface
It integrates directly with Aweber
Overall they’re the leading technologies in affordable webinar hosting at $36/month. There is other software around, but they’re much more expensive.
And now we’re going to go through the different stages of setting up your first webinar session.
Basic configuration - In this section, you name the webinar that you’re looking to present.
Presenters and admins - Easily add in the names of the people that will be giving the presentation.
Registration - You can use WebinarJams landing pages to create effective sales pages
Notifications - A big advantage of using WebinarJam is that they send out notifications. It’s perhaps better using their server as you know it’s going to work. Then you can set up the amount of notifications that someone is going to get and when.
It also allows people to your webinar a calendar which is useful for people that are in a different time zone and don’t want to do the maths to see if they can make it.
Integration - Here is where you integrate it with Aweber autoresponder
Thank you - You can add a custom thank you page that may say something that introduces the subject you intend to present.
Reply - here you can enable a reply page and then configure it
Monetization - This section is where you can make money from the webinars. For example, charging for people to register.
Finally, it shows you the last minute checks you should do before you deliver the webinar
Once you have everything set up the way you want, you can then “clone” the webinar you’ve just created. This makes setting everything up much quicker the next time you come to it.
All you need to do it change the topic name and dates and you’re good to go.
Holding these weekly webinars has enabled me to grow my email list by around 30% over the last quarter.
Although arguably the most important aspect is that I’ve been able to grow engagement.
People that I’m sending emails to are interested in what I have to say.
