UPDATE 12/04/2013 - Dealership replaced the "Wireless Ignition Node" Module (Part # 68105738AD) 30 days ago and everything seems good so far. No more issues with the long crank, no start.

Purpose of this video: Troubleshooting intermittent long crank followed by no start issue
This has happened to me about 20 times in the past 2 months. I know I can't be the only one.
Please feel free to contact me if you are having the same problem.
Steps I have taken:
1. Replaced battery in key fob thinking the cause was a weak signal between fob and computer. No change.
2. Removed the Ignition Start Button to manually start the car (old-fashioned way). No change
3. Car is currently at the dealership and seems to be starting with no problems at this time. However, this issue needs to be fixed.
