3 Minutes TOTAL BODY FAT LOSS - Weight Loss Exercises At Home for Complete Beginner
This is one of my most popular exercises that has helped so many people to lose TOTAL BODY FAT and lose weight at home.
Today I'm showing you the way to do it correctly and more efficiently. There are 2 levels for some exercises. You can chose the easier level to start with then move to the next level when you feel more comfortable.
I didn't add any music just because you may want to chose your own music. Before you start, switch on the music you love and follow along the exercise.
Do this exercise AT LEAST 3 minutes everyday for one month to see the result!
In order to see the faster result, you can repeat the exercise ( 3 times/day or as many as you want).
REMEMBER: CONSISTENCY IS KEY!
Do it EVERYDAY. It can be just ONE time per day but you need to do it regularly instead of 10 times/day but just for 1-2 days 🤔
