Irritating squeak near serpentine belt on my 1999 Dodge Dakota with the 5.2L engine. Squeak only happens with the serpentine belt installed so it is definitely the belt or driven accessory. New belt, new tensioner, tensioner pulley, idler pulley and deglazed water pump pulley. Can't narrow it down with a stethoscope.
Any ideas what this is? Bearing in the alternator or compressor?
