South African lawyer Tembeka Ngcukaitobi used a video published by Middle East Eye during a public hearing at the International Court of Justice in South Africa’s case against Israel, concerning alleged genocide in the Gaza Strip, to show that Israeli soldiers and commanders are following their Prime Minister’s "genocidal" speeches. The video shows Israeli soldiers gathering ahead of an attack on Rafah, with their commander rallying them and urging them to "destroy Rafah."
