Attorney General Loretta Lynch explained her decision to meet with Bill Clinton in Phoenix in late June, and her intention to accept the findings and recommendations made by the team conducting the federal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server when Ms. Clinton was Secretary of State.
