Biography

Talk description
Jaap Peters will talk about the way people make themselves inferior to organization systems. In organizations we are permanently mixing up two approaches: good and efficient organizing of people is different from trying to save a lot of money for anonymous shareholders. His talk is very fascinating because of the theses and recognizable everyday examples which are critically scrutinized. He answers the question: How can we get back the individualism and pleasure in work in our organization? And... there is hope!
About TEDx
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
