Legal Practitioner and founder of the Civil Liberty Organization, Ayo Obe, discussed with SaharaTV's Adeola Fayehun the legalities behind Lamido Sanusi's suspension as Nigeria's Central Bank Governor. She explained that although suspended, Sanusi is still officially CBN Governor. She said that Sanusi's term was nearly up and many people expected "someone to be appointed by around February," since "Sanusi's term expires in June," said Obe. Although still legally CBN Governor, Obe notes that "whether legal or not if the CBN Gov. find himself at the CBN doors they will not be opened for him.
