Burrata tomato capresee!! Oven roasted 🍅 , Burrata on sourdough bread 🥖 is like literal heaven on earth !! so so delicious 🤌
Oven roast-
In an oven safe pan, Add cherry tomatoes, garlic pod, fresh basic, lemon 🍋 juice and flaky sea salt. Drizzle generous amount of olive oil and place it in the oven for 30-35 mins on 400F
Now, carefully take it out of the oven, and squeeze the garlic into the pan and mix it well. Place the Burrata in the pan and top with some pesto sauce (recipe below 👇)
For the pesto sauce -
Fresh basil leaves, roasted almonds (use pine nuts instead if you have), red chili (optional), garlic pods, olive oil, 1 lemon squeeze, sea salt and blend this.
✨ Traditionally this is made in an mortal and pestle but you could also use a blender but make sure to coarse blend it.
✨ Do not add water if you’re using blender but add a little more olive oil and lemon juice.
Now, roast your sourdough bread with olive oil until crispy and optionally(spread the garlic we cooked earlier) , pesto sauce and then scoop some of the roasted tomatoes with Burrata and enjoyy!!!
