Ingredients:
3 Izzio French Artisan Rolls (1/2 bag)
1 cup roasted golden beets
1 cup roasted butternut squash (can sub other fall squash)
1/4 c pomegranate arils
1/4 c walnut pieces
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c dried cranberries
1/4 c crumbled feta
Dressing to taste
1. If rolls are fresh, slice into 1 in cubes and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes until crisp but not browned.
2. Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Toss with your favorite dressing (balsamic vinaigrette or Italian dressing work especially well here!)
3. Serve right away or let sit in an airtight container overnight so bread can absorb the juices and dressings.
