🧡 Ingredients (16-17 pcs):
2 egg whites (room temp) (from 2 large eggs)
100 g sugar
40 g liquid honey (2 tsp)
pinch of salt
1/3 tsp almond extract
zest of 1 medium orange

190-210 g almond flour
(please, refer to consistency as shown in the video )

60 g dried apricots (chopped)
about 100 g almond flakes

icing sugar -optional (my family prefer without)

bake on the rack one level lower than the middle
in a preheated oven at 180°C/355°F for 10-12 min
lower the temperature to 150°C/300°F and bake for about 7-10 min
(start checking at 12 minutes to make sure the nuts are not burning)
