One of the most common questions when it's comes to purchasing a diamond is what are the four Cs. So we gonna go through those briefly step by step. The four Cs was a concept developed by Deviers in 1939 as means of qualifying the rarely of the diamond based on four principals of cut, color, clearly and karat. So basically, karat is the weight of the diamond, color is the color of the diamond or really lack their of as we wanna diamonds to be colorless, clearly is the amount of inclusions that occur naturally within the stone and how physical they are to naked eye, and cut, cut doesn't describe necessary the shape of the diamond but it's reflective property's and vasting arrangements.
So it's important to remember that not one of these factors is gonna determine the quality of the diamond, it's how they all work together. So don't base your decision on just one of these properties. If you have a diamond of the same color and same clearly side by side relatively the same size, say one has better cut than the other, it's probably best to go the one with the better cut. But remember, all diamonds are beautiful, you may fall in love with one and if it's not perfect, that's okay. It's perfect to you, that's all that matters.
