Hundreds more migrants have arrived in Italy - after trying to cross the Mediterranean from Africa to reach Europe.
But, it's thought more than 40 others may have drowned as they made the perilous journey.
There are growing calls for the authorities to do more to help, after an unprecedented number of arrivals.
