Years ago, when she was still a bedside nurse, she knew she couldn't face that line of work anymore when the songs she was playing in her car on the way to work weren't doing it in terms of motivation.

She saw other nurses (with Louis Vuitton bags) offering medical advice and selling equipment, bridging the communication gap between what hospitals and nurses need, and what the big medical companies are selling.

Now Lexi is blowing up as a corporate nurse, offering 1-on-1 coaching and mentorship for nurses looking to pivot to that well-paid, remote line of work. She enjoys coaching bedside nurses to remote positions, salary increases, and perks via ‘Corporate Nursing.’
