Having trouble with your headphones creating a crackling sound in one ear piece? This may be the fix for your problem!
In this case my JBL E65 BTNC constantly had a pretty loud crackling sound in the right ear piece. Luckily, by running a factory reset, the problem seems to go away. Simply press and hold the '+' and '-' buttons for several seconds until the blue LED starts blinking.
At this point it is necessary to re-pair all your Bluetooth devices that you are using these headphones with. Good luck!
