Winter in Alaska ensures a thick layer of ice on the local lakes, so we dust off our tackle and head outdoors to target a new species. With the right jig, patience, and a bit of luck, we both successfully catch an Arctic Char. After a chilly day spent on the ice, we take these beautiful fish back home and cook up a delicious meal.
