The Suzuki GSX-R750 has always been an iconic bike and it is one of the last of the true superbikes with no electronic rider aids. It really is a proper superbike, with the GSXR750 heritage stemming from WSB and BSB back when superbike racing was 750cc. All the GSXR motorcycles have earned notoriety as a bit of a hooligan motorbike, I can see why, the GSX-R flies.
I got this bike (a 2017 Suzuki GSX-R 750) late last summer, and although I have done a trackday on it, I have not ridden it very much since as it is in such good condition, I really didn't want to ride it through the winter, so now spring has well and truly arrived, it was time to dust it off and give it a good run to blow out the cobwebs.
Sportsbikes are hard to enjoy on camera on the road, so this video is quite short as they are so very easy to ride fast. Please also not that I have done some gearing changes to the bike and am still yet to correct the speedo for those changes. I have demonstrated in the past on a recent video showing how the GoPro wide angle lens can give a far greater sensation of speed than other action cameras due to the stretching of the footage at the sides in Superview.
