This was a very interesting Project. We met Mr. Rajnish and Ms Shweta at their house in Chandanwari - Dwarka. A very simple Family and very enthusiastic about getting their home renovated. The requirement was to create a spacious and functional home.
This flat was a 3 BHK with space to expand, where we created a very comfortable 4 bedroom space. Keeping in mind the exact requirements. The total flat area had become 1450 sqft.
#foyer : In foyer area we have made a Shoe Rack and highlighted the front niche with engraved tiles and placed the Ganesh ji Idol there as it was the first sight for anyone coming from outside.
#livingroom : Keeping it simple we have highlighted one wall with textured fluted panels and placement of furniture in very subtle colours so that it looks simple and elegant , very welcoming at the same time.
#diningroomdesign : Here we repolished the existing crockery unit in a combination of a very modern dining unit
#modularkitchen : The kitchen was finished in a combination of Blue and white acrylic finish with white AGL quartz giving the kitchen a very spacious and clean look.
#masterbedroomdesign : A beautiful master bedroom is a combination of white, grey, and pink. Changing the existing metal wardrobe from a dark finish to white merging with the room and making it look spacious.
#parentsroom: We created more space by taking the balcony into the room and creating a spacious mandir space. Highlighting one wall with a bright colour combination. Changing the existing metal wardrobe from a dark finish to white merging with the room and making it look spacious.
#guestbedroom : Highlighted wall with paint and false ceiling. Custom made a space saving wall mount study and a dresser which slides to the side, a storage between the column and wall. #kidsroom : Being the kids room its full of colour and elegance at the same time, creating a wardrobe space for the twins and a study for the boys as well.
#balcony : Finishing the overall space with beautiful tiles giving it an rugged terracotta look
#washroom : Renovated a washroom, used astra CPVC pipe, Jaguar fitting and tiles by Ceramo.
