Republican Senator David Perdue said last month that he would not show up for last night's debate, and he stuck to his word. On the other hand, incumbent, Republican Senator Kelly Loeffler says her victory is necessary to prevent the complete Democratic control of Washington. Democratic candidate Raphael Warnock faced off with Kelly Loeffler in last night's debate, with Loeffler stating, ''Our freedoms are under attack in this country: religious freedom, the right to life, the Second Amendment." Warnock insisted that ''the thing about me running for the Senate is that this gives me an opportunity to work on the issues I've been working on for years." Earlier in the evening, Democratic Senate candidate Jon Ossoff criticized Senator Perdue for skipping the debate. However, at a rally on Saturday, Perdue addressed a crowd saying, "Right now we got two seats and they all want it and we're not going to let them have it, right?" Capitol Hill Correspondent, Erik Rosales reports.
