According to the book "Langaroud, a Piece of Green Territory" by Masoud Otoufat Shamsi, the bridge dates back to the Safavid dynasty or even before.
In Gilaki language, its name is Khesht- e - Pol. It means a bridge made of clay. Pol=bridge
P.S: Believe it or not, if I try it again, I feel scared. I always dread walking on slippery surfaces. People pass or ride a bike over this bridge with no fear😓.
