NBC Pulls the Plug on Two Freshman Comedies: Bad Judge and A to Z Get Canceled
Bad Judge and A to Z have officially been canceled, but they're not gone for good! NBC will continue to air the remainder of the shows' original 13-episode orders before cutting them from the Thursday night lineup.
In this case NBC is the judge AND jury and the verdict is in... and it's not good for Bad Judge OR A to Z. The network has decided to cancel its two freshmen Thursday comedies. On the bright side, they're not being pulled from the schedule — NBC has announced that both shows will shoot AND air remaining episodes from their original 13 episode orders, but will not be renewed beyond that. The network already has plans to move its flagship show, The Blacklist, into the prime Thursday spot after the Super Bowl airs. Are you bummed to see these shows get the axe? Tell us why or why not in the comments below, and stick with us at Celebified for the latest TV news.
