Step 1: Enable App Readiness Service
Open the Windows Search box, type Services, and click on it.
Find App Readiness in the list, double-click it, set Startup Type to Automatic, and hit Apply.
Click Start (if it’s available) and then OK.
Try updating Windows again.
Step 2: Move the WinREAgent Folder
Open File Explorer, go to This PC then C Drive.
Locate the WinREAgent folder (if hidden, go to View then Show then Hidden items to reveal it).
