2013 screw FX4 Ecoboost 133k

The truck is new to me, had it about two weeks now. I recently noticed that I get no response from either the traction control or hill decent buttons. As you can see in the video the system seems to work, I just can’t control it. No lights or error messages.

Any thoughts?
