Additional Steps:
- 3060 (non TI) requires Developer Driver 470.05 (Nvidia deleted)
- Card must be on PCIE 3.0 on a 16x or 8x slot
- No PCIE Risers
- Needs to have HDMI monitor or dummy plug
- Very picky on motherboards
