Canada's Mafia war goes transatlantic. Juan Ramon Fernandez, also known as Joe Bravo, was a daunting mobster in Toronto and Montreal who moved to Sicily when he was deported from Canada. Let me tell you about it.

His relocation did not go well. First, police in Italy launched an intensive probe that had Fernandez under close surveillance. Then he was caught in the middle of a Mafia feud in Canada. Before police could arrest him, his gangland friends ambushed him in a dramatic showdown.
I traveled to Palermo, the capital city of Sicily -- the birthplace of the Mafia -- to research the incredible story of "a perfect gangster" who died a perfect gangster death and the men who are accused of killing him.
