It's taken more years than anyone could have imagined but it's here. The Elizabeth Line has through running trains from east to west. Or west to east. Well both in fact. It was opening day on Sunday and so what else could we do?
We decided to catch a train at West Ealing and head out to Abbey Wood. Here's how we got on.
