Poetic Meter Explained
In this video, we'll revise poetic meter. I'll explain what meter is, as well as a few of the different types, and possible reasons why a poet or writer may decide to choose a certain rhythm. There will also be some short activities throughout for you to test your knowledge.
If you're unsure of what is meant by phrases like iambic pentameter, trochaic tetrameter, or metrical feet, this video is for you.
