There has been a surge in support for Greens in the latest 1 News Colmar Brunton political poll, which shows Labour needing their support to govern.
The poll shows Labour with 46 percent, National 31 percent, the Greens up two points to 8 percent. Act holds at 8 percent, and New Zealand First has had a rise to 3 percent.
That would give Labour 59 seats, National 40, Act 10 and the Greens 11.
The poll ran from Saturday through until last night. With just two days left to vote, Jacinda Ardern is still out front as the preferred Prime Minister on 55 percent. Judith Collins is on 20 percent.
Former National MP Jonathan Coleman and former Green Party policy director David Cormack join Lisa Owen with their opinions.
