The familiar Advanced Find for all model-driven apps, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, is being replaced with a modern advanced find experience. Modern Advanced Find was introduced in the 2022 Release Wave 1 and will be enabled across model-driven apps in Release Wave 2 from October 2022.
In this video we outline the different ways you can use modern advanced find, and how you can define a new query, work with edit filters and view lists!
IMPORTANT: when modern advanced find is enabled, users can only search for tables that are part of each Dynamics app. It may be necessary to update your app if there is a requirement for users to query data stored in additional tables across other Dynamics modules or Power Apps in your environment.
