On a cold day when the frost is nipping at your nose and wind goes straight through you. Put the pot on and make the best recipe of venison chili you will ever taste!
Serves 6-10
Directions:
Sauté together until meat is fully cooked.
1 Diced Onion
1 TBSP Butter
2 lbs Venison
1 TBSP Diced Garlic
2 Diced Jalapenos
Add
2 Packs Taco Seasoning
2 Cups Water
1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans
2 Cans Black Beans (Rinsed and Drained)
2 Cans Chili Beans
1 Can Pork 'n Beans (We like the Grilling Beans Steakhouse)
28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
Seasonings
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
1 TBSP Onion Powder
1 TBSP Chili Powder
1 TBSP Paprika
1 tsp salt
1/4 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Cup White Vinegar
Stir and Simmer for 30 minutes
Add more water if it is to thick for your liking.
Serve with Sour Cream and Cheese with Diced Green Onions if you want it like we enjoy it best.
