FIT TIP: Although the choreography utilizes high impact moves as a way to increase bone strength and level of difficulty, remember that IMPACT does not equal INTENSITY! That means you can get a booty kicking workout without leaving the ground or putting extra stress on your joints.
In this class, you'll see Emily (12 weeks post-partum) and Christy (41 years old) both executing these moves in a way that works for their body. You'll notice they opt to use various options and modifications when needed or desired -- and we give YOU permission to dial up or dial down any time.
