Taliban in Afghanistan have announced an interim government declaring the country an "Islamic Emirate".
The new cabinet is male-dominated and has senior Taliban leaders, some of whom are notorious for attacks on US forces for decades.
Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund who is on a UN blacklist will lead the cabinet.
