This Greek Spicy Feta dip (Tirokafteri) takes our favorite cheese to the next level by combining it with red peppers and a dash of Sriracha. Follow along with me through this as I show you how easy it is to make it. Then all you have to do is enjoy the rich spicy delicious dip.
Ingredients
12 ounces Feta Cheese
2 roasted red peppers
1/2 yellow onion
3 garlic cloves
juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon on Sriracha or chili garlic sauce
Cooking Instructions
1) Roast peppers in oven or on the grill until they get charred on the outside. Let cool and remove the skin.
2) Add the peppers, garlic, onion, and lemon juice to the base of a food processor and pulse to combine. Add feta and olive oil and pulse until it's incorporated.
3) You can eat the dip as is, but letting it sit over night will improve its taste and consistency.
