Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar on Monday lost his cool over “harping” in the assembly on the crime graph in Lakhisarai just because Speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha represents it in the House. He told Sinha there should not be an insistence on something when the minister concerned has given the reply and to allow things to happen as per the Constitution.
