This is why people are leaving Manhattan - you can get a 2 floor Brooklyn duplex loft with outdoor space for the same price as a crap studio in Manhattan NYC. This brooklyn apartment is in a brand new construction, and was put on the market 2 weeks ago. Would you live in a place like this? I think its a fantastic space in a fun neighborhood, but brooklyn isnt for everyone so opinions may vary based on your taste. What do you think about this Brooklyn Duplex?
