This Chamorro meal is not only delicious, but one of the easiest to make. With only a few ingredients and fridge to table in 20 min or less...what's not to love! For a more traditional Tinaktak recipe, replace mushrooms and sausage with halved grape or cherry tomatoes and your favorite vegan ground "beef" substitute. Some of our favorite brands are: Beyond Beef, Boca, or Gardein.
