Arthur can get the Legend of the East outfit once he completes all the challenges. Now he has it in Chapter 2, but you can't do Bandit 6 in Chapter 2, so what is going on???

Here are a couple of ways to get the Legend of the East outfit without needing the horse fence. As a bonus you can get the Hungarian Halfbred if you haven't managed to find it before.
