That's why we started Project Sankalp, to support farmers producing Essential Oils, Mint oils, Peppermint Oil, Mentha Piperita Oil, Spearmint Oil, and some critical raw materials required to make Natural Menthol and Dementholised mint oils.
The goal of the project Sankalp is to provide technical support and allied Agri inputs to smallholder farmers, including women (Women empowerment through Literacy and WaSH), by strengthening producer groups and local institutions and forging market linkages to support farmers meet the volume, quality, and cost parameters of Mentha Oil buyers sourcing directly from farmers to increase farmers' income, Women Empowerment & Enhance Resource Optimization.
The project will impact 2500 marginal farmer families and 21 distillers, along with the empowerment of women Farmers and Labourers. The total number of project beneficiaries would be over 12500. The impact will be in terms of environmental resource optimization, oil extraction process optimization, transparent supply chain, education, and social inclusion
