Brooke orders Whip to show Deacon the ropes or he’ll be out of a job. Having no alternatives, Whip thanks Brooke for her time and exits. After another confrontation with Brooke, Stephanie is wandering past her open door when she hears Amber promising to keep Brooke’s secret. Amber exits and comes face to face with Stephanie who demands to know what Brooke is hiding. The group is making preparations for the upcoming press conference reintroducing Brooke’s bedroom line. Ridge says all this hoopla is about letting the world know that Ridge is out and Brooke is in. Deacon tells Ridge he can get on board if he wants, but either way the ship is leaving port. Ridge says “The New Face of Forrester” might have the power but they didn’t earn it so they are sure to fail.
