2. Villas apartments se zada costly hote hai kyonki developers FSI pr focus nahi karte hai before selling the same. Developers ke paas option hota hai ki Apartments mei jitne chahe floors bana le on the basis of available FSI & legal regulations. Multiple floors mean multiple apartments jisse ROI nikal jata hai but Villas ko is hisab se price kiya jata hai jo developers ko loss bhi de sakta hai because one villa means one sale.
3. Independent villas mei zada space hoti hai and higher maintenance costs ke chances hote hai as compared to apartments.
